  • Linear Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Systems

    REDEFINING THE LIMITS OF WELDING
    As a joining process for industrial thermoplastics, the ultrasonic method is very well proven in practice. Particularly in the production of mass- produced parts, the process offers definite advantage over previous methods such as for instance high strength, clean weld seams, fast processing time, extremely low rejection rates and low energy consumption. In addition,this technique can be used successfully for riveting, forming, stacking as well as embedding of metal parts into thermoplastic materials.

    Each ultrasonic welding installation comprises the following main components:

    • Electronic ultrasonic Generator
    • Transducer,booster and sonotrode
    • Pneumatic Press and Control Unit

    The Generator is the heart of every ultrasonic welding system, its function being to supply the transducer with an alternating current of a given ultrasonic frequency. This is then converted by the transducer into mechanical / ultrasonic vibrations which are finally transmitted via, the booster and sonotrode to the item being welded.

    For applications where high throughputs and / or high qualities of finish have to be achieved by fine cleaning in multistage aqueous immersion cleaning processes the Mega 86W cleaning system offers a wide variety of possibilities.

    On account of the various processes and features available the Mega 86W cleaning system is used for mass-produced bulk items just as successfully as for fine cleaning of injection system parts or medical components.

    The solvent washer for minial space

    The compact solution that takes up minimal space. Being highly powerful cleaning media non-halogenated hydro- carbons allow safe and economical use of solvents for removing oil, grease and swarf between or after production processes. Both small facilities with comparatively low production capacities and large-scale plants with decentralised cleaning stations benefit from the sophisticated process technology of the Minio 85C cleaning system.

    Many different programme variants with immersion processes, vapour degreasing and vacuum drying ensure ideal conditions to meet the requirements expected of modern manufacturing processes in terms of quality and functionality.   • Spin welding system

    Spin Welding Machine- A Total Solution For All Your Circular Thermo Plastics Assembly Spin Welding as the name implies, is a friction welding technique to join thermoplastic parts. It is essential the parts to be joined or atleast their joint areas must be circular for this method of joining to be used. A shallow Machining groove (tongue & groove) is desirable to index the two parts and to provide a uniform bearing surface.

    With one part held stationary, either vertically or Horizontally, in a special fixture, the other is rotated at 100-4000 rpm with enough pressure applied to keep the parts in contact with each other. The heat generated in friction is used to bring the surfaces to a sealing temperature. When sufficient melt is obtained, the spinning stops and the pressure is increased to distribute the melt and also to squeeze out excessive melt, completing the general process.

  • Ultrasonic Cleaning Components

    The success of a large cleaning system depends mainly on Ultrasonic Generators and Transducers. We offer efficient ECO-Generators. Due to their compact design they require less space and are usable in a raw environment. This is allowed by an indirect cooling which ensures that the cooling air does not get in contact with the electronic components.

    The generators all-purpose housing allows the application as a table top version in 19” switch boards or DIN-rails. The ECO’s power spectrum includes 750 W to 1500 W for tube resonators and immersing transducers
